Women's Welding Wednesday Workshop: Introduction to Welding (9/7)

STUDIO: Metal Shop LEVEL: Beginners for makers 16 years old & older* INSTRUCTORS: Mixxer Staff Some of the women we surveyed wanted a women’s only event where they can be themselves and connect with other women welders. If that appeals to you, come on over for this introductory maker experience. On the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month, you and friends will learn how to safely use MIG welding equipment and get hands-on experience welding. Beginners Welcome! IMPORTANT: Be sure to wear natural materials (no spandex, nylon, etc.) and long pants that cover your boots or close toed shoes. We’ll provide the rest of the safety gear you’ll need.
