Explore fascinating architecture and capture stunning images with instructor Brian Osborne of Charlotte-based The Photo Classroom in this edition of our popular adult education series. Participants will rotate through three stations, focusing on exterior and interior shots, composition and lighting, and learning about the circa-1880 house’s history and distinctive design. This program is open to all levels (no photography experience needed) and will provide direct instruction and assistance for those with smartphone, point-and-shoot, or other basic camera types.
After the class, all participants will have the opportunity to enter your images into our Photo Contest for the chance to win an annual Friend of the Folly membership (good for free admission to any day-time tours at Körner’s Folly), as well as a gift card for The Photo Classroom. Winners will also be featured on Körner’s Folly website and social media.
Tickets are $35 per person. BYOC (Bring Your Own Camera). This program is limited to 30 participants. Participants are strongly encouraged to wear masks when indoors and when within six feet of others.
