Collaborators & Cocktails welcomes “cowboy entrepreneurs” Tom and Lisa Perini – two of the most authentic, smartest, hardest-working people you’ll meet. Their Perini Ranch Steakhouse has won a James Beard award, their tenderloin was named Mail Order Gift of the Year by the NY Times…too many accolades to list. And then there’s the 640-acre ranch to run (a bit smaller, btw, than Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan’s nearby Four Sixes ranch).
In the end, they’re a small business with a BIG reputation, earning every victory by pushing themselves creatively, pivoting, making tough choices, and ensuring their customers have an unmatched and memorable experience with their brand. We’re guessing that’s a POV that’ll ring true with a lot of you. AND as a special treat, they’re bringing some of that famous tenderloin to share with all of us. ?
