Promoting and supporting successful aging through volunteer driven programs and services for adults in our community.

Senior Programs are offered on a daily basis. Activities are held on a daily basis throughout the Winston-Salem area to engage active older adults. Activities include; Warm Water exercise classes, free Tai Chi, free Yoga, Book Club, Bridge (social and contract), Knitting, Sittercise, Chi Kung and Intergenerational Tai Chi.

Faith In Action Care Program provides supportive services to address the social isolation and special needs of adult aged 50 and older. Services include respite care, visitation in the home, minor home repairs, transportation to medical appointments and grocery shopping.

The Congregational Nurse and Health Ministry Program serves as an advocate and community resource for the promotion of holistic health through faith communities within Forsyth County. Congregational nursing and health ministries integrate medical knowledge, behavioral science, and pastoral care with the practices of a faith community to improve the health of citizens.
