Attending weekly yoga classes can help you take charge of your health and happiness. A little goes a long way – 30 minutes of simple, yet effective movement works wonders for your body. A consistent yoga practice offers many great benefits – reduced stress, improved strength and flexibility, pain relief, increased energy, and a more positive attitude – these are just a few of our favorites!

Clemson Extension is excited to offer online, weekly classes every Wednesday from 12:00 – 12:30 PM (Eastern Time Zone) with Registered Yoga Teacher and Health Extension Agent Ellie Lane, RYT 200-HR. All levels are welcome and beginners are strongly encouraged to join!

You will receive an email from Eventbrite after registering – scroll down to the bottom of the email to locate the Zoom link needed to join class. You will also receive a reminder email with the Zoom link the morning of class – usually Wednesdays around 11 AM. The link will remain the same for every class. You do not have to attend every week, but we would love to see you as often as possible!
