Would you like to buy high-quality art materials at low prices? Do you want to keep perfectly good stuff out of landfills? And would you like to support a nonprofit right here in Winston-Salem devoted to arts education and protecting the environment?
You can do all of this, at the same time, at The Art SHAC fall fundraiser.
The Art SHAC is a nonprofit with a mission to inspire creativity, community, and sustainability. We do this by collecting gently used art materials, then making those supplies available to the public at reasonable prices. We also use them in our community classes and art projects.
We’ll be selling Prisma pencils, Gamblin and Golden paints, Rembrandt pastels, bolts of wool, upholstery fabric, photographic equipment, frames, canvases, collage, calligraphy and printmaking items, yarn, crafts, books, office supplies, and much more, including a fun assortment of eclectic items.
This event will be held at the Salem Elberson Fine Arts Center.
