Join us for a grounding and healing heartfelt flow through connecting the breath, opening in stillness and loving our bodies in momvment through the energies of the Sumer Solstice with LIVE music in downtown Winston Salem on the rooftop of ROAR at sunset.
Yoga lead by Deanna Dzybon, creator of Yoga(mmunity).

6:45pm – Rooftop doors open 7:30pm – Yoga Class begins 8:30pm – Collective Meditation 9pm – Cash bar opens
Beginners Welcome and encouraged.
