Intro to Sewing: Make a Pocket Apron

LEVEL: Beginner, makers age 9 years old+*
INSTRUCTOR: June Jones
Come design and make an apron, with pockets and loops to accommodate any task or job you want. Grilling? Sewing? Woodworking? Your custom pocket half apron will accommodate your making needs!
In this maker experience, you will use repurposed fabric and trim to make an apron that holds tools, phone, supplies… you name it!
Make it a personal making experience by bringing your own fabric and accessories to customize YOUR apron! Email workshops@wsmixxer.org with any questions about what fabric and accessories to bring.
Sewing machines, fabric and other sewing accessories will be provided.
