Intermediate Woodcarving: Whittle a Simple Wizard!

In this maker experience, you will expand on your woodcarving skills to make a simple wizard with awesome, unique beard!

You will take a 1-in piece of basswood and learn to:

use the bandsaw to cut out a rough shape
take woodcarving knives to carve out the main features
learn to use a v-tool to carve out the details, mainly your wizard’s beard!
Leave it plain or paint your wizard and turn it into something pretty magical!
