All the fun without the run! Bring your family out and join the Kernersville Chamber Young Professionals at Gypsy Road to raise money for Kernersville Rotary Club to help research Alzheimer’s!
All racers are encouraged to wear their best race day gear! The start and finish line are at the same spot…the bar. A coach will be there to warm you up for the “race”. The heats will be organized by categories such as teams, age group and “elites”. Each heat will have a winner and of those heat winners an overall winner will be selected for the grand prize!
There are 9 heat times, one every 30 minutes, the first is at 1:30pm and the last is at 5:30pm. With the purchase of a ticket, ($50) you will receive: A free drink voucher, a race bib, and a car magnet/sticker of your choice. Net proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the rotary club of Kernersville’s CART fund (coins for Alzheimer’s Research Trust). The goal of the event is to raise money for Alzheimer research. Shirts are also available for $20.
There will be a variety of food trucks for lunch and dinner. The band will be there at 7pm, so make sure to stay after for the party!
