Bikram Yoga is a great all around yoga for beginners and is HOT! It is excellent for chronic pain and/or stress and improves the body overall. It’s also excellent for cross-training and runners and just makes you feel better.
Inferno Hot Pilates is a fun, music infused workout. It’s the best for strength training, fat burning, and cardio and has a GREAT CORE section.
