The Katharine Brasserie & Bar and The Kimpton Cardinal Hotel are proud and excited to host the Bourbon Community of North Carolina throughout the summer as part of our BCNC Summer Series.
Each evening will feature tastings and virtual tours from NC Distilleries and some of our favorites from Kentucky & Tennessee.
Upon check-in each guest will receive:
3 Tickets to enjoy cocktails and pours from 1 of our 5 bars throughout the spaces (more tickets available for purchase at the main Katharine bar)

The exclusive 20th floor of the hotel where we will feature our Private Barrel Selections. This will be the second official release of our Maker’s Mark Private Selection and the view is amazing! Food prepared by our culinary team throughout the spaces, And a few surprises! We will have a silent auction to benefit Brenner Children’s Hospital which gains you access to our Exclusive 20th Floor Bar in RJ Reynolds’ executive office. Think “Gatsby Speak-Easy”
