We believe that challenges are what make life interesting, and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.  We know that the path that leads to addiction is different for everyone and want to hear your unique store.  Below is a series of questions that will help us get to know you better.  We’re a community based on trust, we don’t judge your past, deny scholarships based on your answers, or share your confidential information with anyone.

Scholarships are awarded based on availability of funds and are allocated across the country in correlations with CLEAN Cause sales.
