Flow Into Fall

The Flow Into Fall Yoga Series hosted by Humbled Warriors Yoga will take place outside of the food hall on Festival Plaza. Breathe in the fresh air as you move through meditation exercises, vinyasa flows, strength building and gentle stretches. The class is designed for every body and all levels to come participate and enjoy the stress-relieving benefits of practicing yoga.

$12 registration

Please bring your own yoga mat and any other props you like to use. Weather permitting.
