We are excited to partner with our good friends at the YMCA of Greensboro to offer our Fall Fitness: Yoga in the Park at Country Park
For 6 weeks, skilled yoga instructors from the YMCA of Greensboro will guide all skill level yogis for an hour-long class in the beautiful Country Park.
This a free class, but you must bring your own mat. No registration is required.
Please park in the new parking lot located off of Lawndale Drive entrance.
