The workplace is changing, or is it? Some businesses are trying new practices to increase the representation of women and minorities, focusing on inclusion and diversity in training, hiring, and leading within the workplace. Minority and women-owned small businesses are also growing. At our March mixer, we will talk with several leading women in Winston-Salem about how diversity, inclusion, implicit bias, and industry culture impact all of our collective experiences in the workplace, and explore what we all demand for a positive work experience.
