We are currently seeking a Student Success Coordinator with excellent people skills who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, is a self-starter and team player. The Student Success Coordinator is a part-time position, 20 hours per week focused on creating a student-centered, engaged learning community for LSB graduate students. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, promoting and administering a comprehensive student success program. The candidate must have the ability to work well with a variety of community and professional organizations as reflected among graduate business students and employers.
The Student Success Coordinator will work closely with other departments, faculty, and community groups for the purpose of promoting student success and retention. The position will focus on supporting the operational activities of the MBA and MSBA programs, particularly in the areas of student service, serving as the primary point of contact for all MBA and MSBA students. This position will also provide indirect support for MSA students by assisting the MSA Faculty Coordinator.
Typical work will be from Monday to Friday, mid-morning to mid-afternoon. Hours may vary depending on program needs and student events. Occasionally hours may be from 5 to 8 PM to run program events and occasional commute to the RTP campus will be required.
