We are thrilled to be joined by Simon & Schuster’s sales team members as well as Sadequa Johnson, author of The Yellow Wife, the story of Pheby Delores Brown, a woman who was born on a plantation and promised freedom on her 18th birthday but unexpectedly finds herself thrust into the bowels of slavery at the infamous “Devil’s Half-Acre” jail in Richmond.
