TOAST is the perfect event for families, walkers, strollers, wagoners of all ages and abilities to experience the Totally Outstanding & Awesome Festival of Lights from a completely different perspective.
If you have attended in the past you will notice a number of differences this year. We will be following the health and safety guidelines that are in effect at the time of the event. Those may include wearing a face covering, maintaining physical distance between your group and others. We will also manage the area around Santa, s’mores,food trucks, etc differently. By purchasing a ticket, we are assuming that you will help us with those efforts.
The walk is approximately 1.3 miles and will take you past all your favorite Christmas Light displays. There will be hot chocolate, food, s’mores and games. Stay tuned for updates as we get food trucks and more activities committed.
The gates will open at 5:00pm and there will be food and activities available (use the back gate off Idols Road). The walking trail will be open from 5:30-9:30pm Advance Ticket Purchase is required. There WILL NOT be tickets available at the event. Your ticket will allow admission to the event at a specific time, 5:30 or 7:00pm. There will be no tickets sold at the door this year and tickets available in each time slot are limited, so make your purchase early. If the conditions in our community make i unsafe or unwise to host this event, we will cancel the event, notify you and refund the ticket price. Eventbrite fees may not be refundable.
Tickets Prices are as follows:
$50 Per Car and a car is defined by a vehicle that fits within a single legal parking space (so don’t show up in a party bus;-) This ticket covers all people in your car.
$20 Per Individual – this is to account for just 2 adults in a car. An Adult is any one 13 or older. If there are more than 2 people over the age of 13 in your car, the Per Car Ticket is the better value. Groups wishing to attend should contact us at ClemmonsRotary@gmail.com for other accommodations.

Directions to the Back Gate Entrance from the Front Gate Entrance of the park:
Turn right onto HWY 158/Clemmons Road.
In approximately 1.5 miles, turn right onto Middlebrook Road.
For 1.5 miles stay on Middlebrook Rd until it comes to a stop and there are train tracks in front of you.
Turn right onto Idols Road.
In approximately 1 mile stay on Idols Road. There will be a red and white sign that says TANGLEWOOD.
Turn right and you have made it to the back entrance of the park.
