Join us every Saturday and Sunday 8:30 AM to experience a F45 Track workout. Saturday 60 min hybrid class, Sunday 45 min strength class.

Please make sure to bring your own:

* Water Bottle

*Towel

*Mat

All participants will be 6 ft apart, required to sign a waiver, have a temperature check and sanitize hands at check in.
