Love brunch and yoga? This Sunday morning session is the perfect way to do both!
Join Sheri, an Integrative Dietitian and Yoga Teacher, for Food & Flow yoga at Southend Brewing Co. The classes will be all-levels friendly and are designed with stretching, gentle movements, and relaxation in mind. We’ll connect to strength, move alongside our breath, and have lots of fun, too! Following the yoga session we will have a specialty brunch menu provided for attendees to order from (not included in ticket price). One mimosa is included in each ticket price. *** Please bring your own mat and any props needed (towels, blankets, blocks)
Social distancing is a must! The class is indoors and all mats will be spaced 6 feet. No hands on adjustments will be offered.
By attending Food & Flow yoga, you are confirming that you have not been knowingly and recently exposed to anyone with COVID and are not showing any signs or symptoms of illness. If you feel ill, please enjoy practicing your yoga at home and we look forward to seeing you back on the mat soon!
