A virtual workshop celebrating Jazz Appreciation Month, featuring saxophonist Harvey Cummings II

The Standard Jazz Series is now a virtual experience, with the same lively review of what makes jazz one of the foundations for many musical genres that we know today. This virtual workshop is an opportunity for fans and students alike to enjoy, learn and explore the building blocks and instruments used in jazz music. Musician Harvey Cummings II and his band will trace the story of America’s classical music – jazz – in a virtual live performance workshop. Discover with your entire family the source and style of jazz with musical demonstrations and a Q&A session.
