Meet our Panelists:
Kimberly Lockhart - CTO, ONE MEDICAL
Kimber is the Chief Technology Officer at One Medical. She oversees the Engineering, Product, IT and Security teams, which are responsible for scaling the technology innovations that underpin One Medical's reinvented doctor’s office experience. She serves on the board of Beam Dental. Prior to joining One Medical, Kimber was co-founder and CEO of Increo Solutions, which was acquired by Box in 2009. At Box, Kimber served as Senior Director of Engineering, leading a number of engineering teams that accelerated the commercial success of the company. She earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University and regularly speaks on leadership topics including scaling technology teams and career development.
Surabhi Gupta - Director of Engineering, AIRBNB
Surabhi is the Head of Engineering for the Homes business at Airbnb. She started Airbnb's women in tech group, Nerdettes, and the women in tech events program, Taking Flight. Prior to Airbnb, she was a software engineer at Google where she worked on web search ranking and the Google Now team on predictive search. Surabhi received her MS in Computer Science from Stanford in 2007.
Natalia Belaya - Director of Security Compliance, AUTODESK
Natalia is the Director of Security Compliance at Autodesk. With over fifteen years of experience in creating and maintaining security programs and managing compliance portfolios, she has established herself as a strong leader in Security, GRC, and customer enablement programs. She has successfully led several of the organization's security and compliance programs, including SOC2, ISO, and GDPR, and built independent teams to run organizational-level programs.
Jessica Mong - Engineering Manager, SURVEYMONKEY
Jessica is an engineering manager on the Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) team at SurveyMonkey. She’s currently leading efforts to re-architect online serving ML system. Prior to the MLE team, she worked as a full-stack engineer on the Billing & Payments team, where she built and maintained software to enable SurveyMonkey’s global financial growth and operation. In past years, Jessica oversaw the technical talks program, jointly managed the engineering internship program, and co-led the Women in Engineering group. Jessica received a B.S in Computer Engineering from Claflin University in South Carolina. She has served on the leadership team of the Silicon Valley local chapter of the Anita Borg Institute and is a member of /dev/color. In her spare time, she enjoys eating, CrossFit, reading, learning new technologies, and sleeping!
