ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Roy Strickland, CPA/CFF, CFE, MAFF | Managing Partner of Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP Forensics & Valuation Services

Roy’s background includes more than twenty-five years of audit, business consulting, fraud and forensic, and litigation support experience.  He assists attorneys with the business, accounting, financial and damage calculation aspects of complex commercial matters including business interruption, lost profits, breach of contract, professional liability and construction litigation. Roy has worked extensively with entities to detect and circumvent occupational fraud. He also assists with various tort matters including the calculation of economic damages for personal injury, wrongful termination and wrongful death. 

Roy has been designated as an expert witness and qualified to testify by report, affidavit, deposition and/or trial testimony in various venues, and has served as a neutral related to various business and accounting disputes including purchase price adjustments. He has provided testimony for the American Arbitration Association and FINRA Dispute Resolution.
